You will fill out this declaration automatically during check-in and you don’t need to bring a paper copy of the health declaration.
If arriving having checked in with a supporting carrier, i.e. KLM in most situations. (Actual list is KLM, Corendon, TUI, Transavia or Easyjet according to the ministry of health). For other carriers you will need to print it after which most likely no one will look at it.
