If it indeed does (which is way overdue) or when it does if not today I hope that this will set some stability in restrictions in Europe going forward. Feel that things are two unstable to book anything more than a few months in advance especially when you see places close then backtrack like the Netherlands. I’m ok with the Vax, or vax & test requirement just hope things will remain open if the US is indeed reopened for folks from the EU
