Other than the standard customer support channels there is no special support team for promos. With a promo aimed at hundred's of thousands of elites (a million?), individual planning advice is not a real option. We will have to do our own planning / verification with the available T&Cs
And the advice from those standard customer support channels has so far been questionable.
After a deep read of T&Cs, then probably best to ask a few specific question of the items you are most unsure here versus asking the community to check an 8-point plan. And of course, the advice here is no guarantee but likely better than you are going to get thru UA channels.

your plan looks sound but individual items need to be cross-checked with the T&Cs -- such as the award trip needed to be booked after 6th August while the paid trip can be booked before the promo
Concerning the BoB, in your case, they will not be posted until after the promo ends in (late) December per the T&Cs. It Appears UA plans to do some post-promo batch processing for those that switch requalify on their own in the promo period
