At this point it just seems like you're conceding that my original point still stands. Hotels make comments about guests and certain hotels (as I specifically noted) care about these comments. My speculation is that it plays a role in upgrades and people that have had supremely negative interactions with hotel staff are disadvantaged in these situations.
So actually read what I wrote then. I said, very clearly and you've even quoted it twice now, that typically FD agents don't bother notating
specifically about getting badgered about suite upgrade availability. No mention of whether properties review guest notes pre-arrival (they should, most don't). No mention of whether luxury hotels do it (they
all should). No mention of whether FD agents make notes generally (they should). You dreamed the rest of that up because for some reason you're insistent on arguing about nonsense.
