booking SLH via hyatt is basically booking the hyatt “special SLH” rate (which more often than not be higher than booking directly with SLH) that includes a few benefits that appear to be elite benefits but even general members get those.
this thread is about titaniums not getting benefits, not booking a special rate that all members can book and get those benefits regardless.
And again, it was a specific response to a specific claim that Hyatt members (no mention of elites) get no benefits booking SLH via Hyatt. No idea why you're getting so hung up on gatekeeping what you think the thread is about. If you really think it's OT, then contact the mods.
