An Israeli national travelled from Israel via Hong Kong to PVG and tested positive.
Any idea why Israelis can transfer through HKG? Do they have resident status of HKG? From what I understand, Chinese citizens without HKG resident status cannot transfer through HKG if their destination is Chinese inland.
