TSA needs a health security theater announcement playing at US airports near and far from TSA HQ, and it can replace the “see something, say something” mantra: “Wash your hands vigorously with soap and warm water for 30 seconds; and don’t stick any fingers or any part of your hand in your nose and mouth or eyes; terrorists aren’t everywhere but unhealthy pathogens may be”. But it should be directed at the TSA touching up passengers as much as others; and it can be the new 30-0-X rule to replace the 3-1-1 rule.
