You could likely have done all this on Wardair, but this is before they were allowed to move their holiday flights into schedules. So my hunch is this is could be when Western were feeling expansive with a DC-10-30, outwards London Gatwick-Anchorage-Honolulu, then back Honolulu-Vancouver. Didn't last too long.
