I don't think UK departures account for that many westbound TATLs. Ports around the Mediterranean seem to carry the lion's share, and those are all still sailing. There are also lots of non-American passengers that take cruises, so the impact shouldn't be all that large.
Pretty much every cruise line is up and running at some capacity.
Looking over the rest of the year on Vacations To Go out of the UK, I see three TATLs in November (Celebrity Silhouette, Regal Princess, and Sky Princess) and in December a roundtrip on the QM2. I guess that's not a lot by pre-COVID standards...
