My recollection is that there exists a separate 1K/Polaris line in the priority check-in area (Area 1) toward the left that is actually staffed with real UA agents (usually the line is guarded and/or roped off for triage purposes); all other PremierAccess customers-- and sometimes 1K/Polaris customers without the express need to see an agent-- are directed to an open area with machines toward the right. When using the general PremierAccess open area with with the machines, it is somewhat of a battle to get a real UA agent as there is frequently only one (or less) real UA agent roaming around there and s/he might be busy helping another traveler, sometimes with a complicated thereby time-consuming issue. YMMV.
