To stay on topic: we travel with frozen ice packs all the time in our carry-ons. Never an issue as long as they are frozen when you go through security.
I think I’ll look for a small cooler and pack it tight with bubble wrap to keep stuff from moving, maybe some gel ice cubes. The issue with pizza is the toppings shifting around, mainly the cheese, the pep and sausage can be moved back easy. What really sucks is if the crusts crack, that makes putting and taking off a pizza stone a pain. Carry on would give me more control…
Paxti’s is ok, it is their sausage that is just not right. Their ‘hot’ IIRC was better than fennel sausage. Other than that they are pretty good. It does in a pinch…
