PDX has a distillery shop selling full bottles of hard liquor. The best part was that they were a Priority Pass "lounge" so you could go there for a couple free drinks before a flight. The credit covered a tasting and a cocktail, IIRC. (No idea if this is still true.)
Now that I think about it, every airport has shops selling bottles of soda and other drinks that you can't bring through TSA.
Ironically, outside of the US, it is (or was, pre-COVID, who know what happens these days) still possible to have such liquids purchased airside confiscated prior to flights to the US, as evidenced by the existence of this thread:
