As with JFK-SAN, the award fare rules still include JFK-LAS as a D1 route which results in strange flight search displays like this --

Bit confused as others are saying they can still see flights marketed as D1?

Is there a way to confirm whether a flight marketed as domestic first has lie flat seats? On Google flights at least the flights were just showing recliners.
