The big 3 all have the same problems it seems.
YMMV
Living in Dallas my partner and I have been pushing more business to AA as we value time and having a lot of non-stop options from DFW in theory is great. These past two months have been atrocious for both of our experience on AA for different flights for work and pleasure. AA has been an absolute disaster. I am rethinking that we've now both made PM on AA and are well on our way to Platinum Pro before end of year, and hating that AA makes me miss Delta in everything they do, including the onboard experience, the friendliness of the crew, their operational performance, their lounges, and most importantly their on-time performance and cancellation factor. We can all look at our own anecdotal experiences, but if I weren't hub captive, there's really nothing that would make me choose AA over DL any day of the week because the data shows just how much better DL really is in the above metrics.
