PIT security is a mess already w/o having extra Christmas shoppers. I've never seen it when there was no long line snaking down the middle of the hall. Thank goodness for the elite line there.

It used to be that there was no decent shopping in the far western burbs of Pittsburgh, so, before 9/11, people went to the Airmall to shop.

Now there is a huge mall about 10 minutes away. I see this as a move on the part of the ACAA to try to make up as much revenue as possible that is being lost to the slow demise of the US hub at PIT.
