Yes. You will at least get lounge access at LAX. Not sure about DFW as you will have to meet "same day of travel, or before 6am the following day" requirement based on the JL segment.

Your biggest problem is the 2 separate bookings. If AA recognizes it, of course you will get lounge access. But if not, there is nothing you can really do.

You will get lounge access, but not because in J. Again - AA does not offer domestic lounge access. So in order to trigger lounge access, you must have a qualifying international segment with the "same day of travel, or before 6am the following day" requirement. The international segment is the key for AC access for F/J/OW elite.
