I did the online upgrade to biz for my daughter but by mistake I upgraded the return instead of the outbound. I'm not having any success with calling LH to fix it. I had to hold twice for an hour each time before being asked to call back later. Worst of all, the computer-generated hold music was unbearable - 5 notes played over and over again. One would hope the airline representing the birthplace of Bach, Handel, and Beethoven could come up with something more pleasing to the ear!
