That's almost a 24 hour layover which is way too long to spend in the lounge, no matter how nice it may be
Non-residents are allowed to enter Qatar now so I would book a hotel in Doha for the night or if you don't want to leave the airport, book a room at the airport hotel and use the lounge for food and drinks. But if a shorter layover is an option, I would personally choose that instead.
