Weird DP, because i got a rentention offer for $100 on my Hilton Surpass last year (11/11/2020) so going by amex 13months retention rules i shouldnt have qualified for another, yet they just offered me a $50 today when i asked about it.

Hilton Surpass rention 2021 - $50 no spend (aug 18)
It fits with my retention offer asked pre-13 months for a Schwab Plat.... last year I got $300 no spend in September. This year I was offered $150 no spend in August. ( didn't take it)
