So this part of the policy sounds fine in theory - but does anyone know how you'd actually go about applying that value to another booking? I haven't cancelled a booking recently, but I assume AC.com is not clever enough to just bank it automatically?
I'm guessing that due to the variable pricing on preferred seats, this is something that is not worth pursuing for them... again, just a guess.
But yeah, a choice of whether to hold the value for future use or an immediate refund would be splendid.
