KLM does allow pets in cabin to DUB from AMS, I was on a trip there earlier this month and saw them and asked the gate agent. So, since I need to transfer in AMS to get to Ireland and KLM allows pets in cabin to Ireland, how do we book/arrange with DL to fly to AMS and then continue to DUB with pet in cabin on both flights? The AMS-DUB flight is available as a DL codeshare.
Just let DL know. You may need to also separately contact KLM. However DL will only care that you're going to AMS. It's not their mess if your pet is turned away in Ireland/UK as you'll be on KLM.
