Tugs at LHR T5A :(
Second flight out of LHR T5A in 2 weeks and both have been delayed by tugs.
Last time, the robot tug refused to disengage, so we were stuck getting pushed back and delayed a flight out of A23.
Took half an hour or so to rectify that one.
Now, pushing back from A23, a tug pushing back an aircraft after from A21? has blown a tire, so now we're stuck 50 minutes after we should have departed.
Not having much luck here!
