Diamond recognition wasn’t great. No upgrade (although I didn’t push this and the upgrade would’ve been to a suite, a €300 a night jump). Chocolates and half bottle of Port in the room. Breakfast is in the main restaurant - there is a cook to order menu that, at the very least, has omelettes - we only found out about it on the last day. Gym and pool are lovely.
I am hoping to get at least a larger room with a terrace, even though a suite is always nice on longer stays :-)
Will report how our stay was.
