I got the same issue today. cancelled 2 reservations but only got 1 certificate back (suite night got back immediately) Now I began to wonder if I've accidentally lost one certificate due to this error in the past (need to trace way back as it might be issued in 2019, went through few rounds of extension due to COVID.)
