Just had an one night stay a week ago with 2 rooms.
The largest room that is confirmable via SNA is Cool Corner King, which the hotel does not consider as a suite [more on this later]. Was able to get both rooms upgraded using SNA to Cool Corner King.
THE GOOD: The rooms are nicely furnished, with the usual W amenities. Full honor bar is available, along with an in-room Nespresso machine. Standard Davine bath amenities.
The hotel restaurant (The Gallery) is open for breakfast only, with room service available for all meals. The lounge is open after 4pm, with lite bites. There is a Veuve Clicquot-sponsored happy hour, where you can get discounted bites if you order a glass of Champagne.
The breakfast welcome amenity (in lieu of points) is $50 credit. For Titanium members and above, it can be used at the restaurant and room service. Bear in mind that, in practice, the hotel takes $50 off the bill, with no adjustment to the service charges. The food was good. Breakfast set with juice and coffee is $24.
4PM check-out was available with no issues.
Valet parking was efficient.
The OK: Checked in right before 4pm, and neither rooms were available. Had to hang out in the lobby waiting for them to confirm what's happening. The MOD/Whatever Whenever host came over and offered a Marvelous Suite - only mentioned that it does not have a tub and not disclosing that it is an accessible room, but we took the room anyways. While they promised that they would call when the second room is ready, there was no call, and we finally went downstairs at 5:30 to get the keys to the second room.
Also, it seems like they were training a few FD associates, as the same MOD was handling multiple tasks, including breaking a large bill and making change - things you typically expect the FD associate able to do.
The BAD: There were several billing issues at check-out. First of all, there were no adjustments for the breakfast amenity, so that had to be manually done. Same thing with enhanced internet charge, and the FD host just said that it'll be taken off at check-out with no apologies. [Typical W/hatever attitude?]
Since I booked 2 rooms with different rates - one as AAA parking package, and the other with a 50K cert, Murphy's Law dictates that the valet parking charge will show up in the wrong folio, even though I gave a heads-up to the front desk at check-in. The same uninterested FD host took off charge. However, one day after check-out, I received an updated folio with the parking charge, now applied to the room with the parking package.

Called the hotel to request a refund, but 4 days later, the refund still did not show up. Called again today, and the manager claimed that the refund was processed, but it turned out that it was the adjustment for the breakfast amenity. Called one more time, and now the case is referred to Finance for them to process the refund.
OVERALL: The location and the room amenities are the best aspects of this hotel. The front desk's performance seemed like amateurs' hour, but this may be due to the current labor shortage.
