If there was a drive-by shooting taking place at the hotel, do you blame the hotel also?
Agreed. They even gave high marks to the service, etc, and said things were excellent, but ended it with a 1 bubble review. Tripadvisor does check their reviews to make sure the final "grade" matches the content of the review and this one does not.
