Yep. And for US systems, enrollment centers CAN make these updates for NEXUS and SENTRI in addition to GE. I updated my NEXUS membership with a name change, new citizenship and new passports today at a Global Entry office. (As expected, they did advise me that they cannot update the Canadian side and that I would have to handle that with CBSA separately.)
