what are the dates of travel and when did you book? If for example you booked before July 30 for travel in August - LH HAS NOT sold you an "illegal" ticket as Indian govt extended the ban (except for bubbles) on July 31st (this happens every month - no way around it)

like others mentioned - LH has been carrying pax on this route.. the immigration authorities in India have no enforcement once you land in India.. so allowing someone to board a flight or not is left to airline.. e.g. BA cancelled my ticket to US (BLR-LHR-ORD) after entering my passport details.. QR has accepted my ticket for same day - for now atleast -

another e.g. - QR has been carrying pax to US as pointed by several in forum above.. my mother is currently enroute on QR from US as I write this..
