Thank you so much for updating the thread. Needless to say, just checked and I'm still waiting for the expiry on our Europe pass to be updated but the fact that two of you have got it suggests I will get there in the end.
As a longtime SE MM now semi-retired with the E50k for life status, I'm really disappointed how difficult is is to get this sorted out. My wife and I are both associated with entities that have been shut down by the pandemic and have hundreds of customers who have deferred tickets/subscriptions worth hundreds or even thousands of dollars. We know our scaled back customer service and support is so much better than this. It may not be instant service but we wouldn't leave a polite enquiry unanswered for weeks. Would have thought that customers who buy latitude flight passes would have merited some level of support. At this stage, an acknowledgement that someone at AC is looking in to it would be a step forward....
