Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay? Yes

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? Corner King Spa; received the same on the ninth (highest for this class) floor on the corner of 5th and Chestnut (no higher room classes were available).

How are the rooms? The view from the room was amazing, with a panoramic view starting from Camden and the USS New Jersey to Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. Despite being so close to the street, I didn't notice any road noise that was disturbing. The expanded size of the room was nice and the soaking tub was put to use.

What was good and what was bad?I really like this hotel. The cutbacks due to COVID include no minibars in the rooms and reservations are now needed for Red Owl Tavern (neither of which were an issue). The property is also now offering limited self-parking with in and out privileges for $26 a night but I was advised they were all allocated for the weekend (there were seven wedding parties and a large General Motors conference during our stay).' We parked at the Bourse Garage on the same block for $29 per night. My main complaint was the WiFi was pretty much unusable and I ended up just using my 5G signal instead. As a Spire, I was given a 1 pm late checkout.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return? I used my Ambassador BOGO and felt that it was a good value for my out of pocket rate, given the decent room I received.
