LOL...what a joke. You keep a lounge closed because of Covid but you have a self-service buffet for breakfast.
I am so tired of those non-sense,BS covid excuses for non-assumed cost-cutting measures by airlines and hotels...
Knowing pretty well this hotel (was the 1st customer sleeping in the Luxury Suite with terrasse after opening / and staying there every 2 to 3 months), the service is clearly excellent.
From all the Sofitel, M Gallery, Pullman... this hotel is definitely to another level. I always have a wonderful stay but I guess that being in their Top 10 client helps a lot.

The Millesime club used to be on 39th or 40th floor with an amazing view on the city. Unfortunately, it moved to 12th within Baja restaurant but self-service is new (I was there 10 days ago and there was no self-service).
39th floor is closed because it requires more personnel and there is not enough client so far ! They used to be at an occupancy rate of 50/55% when they opened end of 2019 and spent more than 6 months below 5% which had a big impact on their number of staff. I was there beginning of 2021 and when I arrived, I was the only one checking in for the entire day

Let's hope that occupancy rate is back to normal and that they reopened Club Millesime as before
