After 90 minutes on hold, Aeroplan agent was telling me besides routing and carriers have to be the same, only tickets issued on and after April 1st 2021 have 24 months validity, all Aeroplan tickets issued before April 1st 2021, only have 12 months validity from the original date 📅of issue.
