My 3 month unlimited western commuter paused flight pass has now completely disappeared from my online account. Has this happened to anyone else? I bought the flight pass on Feb 28, 2020, just before the world closed down, and had it paused on March 19th. It was still showing in my account with several extensions of the expiry date, the last being Sept 2021. I haven't had any communication with AC about it since I paused it and they haven't charged my cc for any subsequent month after the first. I wonder if they are just cancelling these unlimited flight passes that were paused? If so, I paid for a month and ended up having it active for only 20 days.
