I messaged the hotel already and they confirmed there's nothing unusual with the reservation and I will receive my Titanium benefits as normal. However, I will not check in on the app because of this and my allocated room remains (right now) steadfastly the basic room I booked whereas previous reservations at this hotel were upgraded in advance on the app.
