Saying you screwed up depends on when the flight is and what your goal is. As noted the
MQM accelerator is only good for 2021. If you are traveling in 2021, it might be worth the extra money to book via DL in order to get the MQM accelerator.
If you are traveling in 2022, honestly at that low of a ticket price there isn't going to be a meaningful difference in the RDMs you receive on KLM flight numbers vs. DL flight numbers (and you'll receive the same MQMs in 2022 for the flight) so you are better off just keeping the cheaper ticket.
It's the same price for both sites, and it's for 2021. Probably just skip the hassle and keep my tickets? KLM site is a bit screwy but then again so was DL's which was the reason I booked at KLM in the first place. The dread unexplainable #6008R error where the payment page submission kicks you back out to front. My CC shows 16 debits/credits under pending for the 8 times that I tried.
