but the lobby is the largest difference, it is MUCH nicer and well appointed than the Conrad, the Conrad has seemed fairly busy the couple times I’ve walked through, but the crockfords is more than double staffed and has amazing customer service so far.

while I was checking in my room was not 100% ready at my 3pm check in and had to wait about 20 mins but was offered 4 complimentary drinks for me and the wife while we waited and made the time much more manageable and the fancy lobby bar.
Which of the pics does your room look most like? - I certainly hope they have not gone back to those awful throws across the bed - first thing we take off.

Also, can you clarify the pool situation (hope you go) - if you go to the special Crockfords area, are there "free" loungers? How about morning shade? (which way does your room face? - maybe you can just peek out the window if you don't go to the pool).

Another thing I'm wondering about is if the cashless aspect of the casino is mandatory - can you sit at a table, pull out a Benjamin, and gamble (same with sticking a 20 into a slot machine) - or must you hook up to your bank card? I understand when you cash out you won't get chips, that's fine, I just don't want to hook up my credit card to anything to do with gambling.

And do tell us everywhere you've eaten - thanks so much. I'm going in August and really have no choice (FNC expiring).
