Good luck with the cancellation! I had a reservation for September that supposedly could be cancelled with no charge up until 2 days prior to arrival. They charged my credit card $300 deposit. 3 weeks and 3 phone calls later, they still have not returned the "refundable deposit."
I will be reporting it to Amex as a fraudulent charge.
