Bulkhead vs non-bulkhead -- personal preference -- footrest are different, video screen -- popup vs back of seat, underseat storage, window passenger ease of getting out
Window verse aisle -- personal preference
Row 21-23, essentially the same. Higher rows are closer to regular economy
