Can someone who has gotten a CVS test tell me (or better, show me) what you actually showed to the border guard? She has a results page, but nothing that looks official or otherwise impressive. Basically it has her name, birth date, and the pharmacy address at the top, then this. Would this suffice?

Thanks, everyone. Unfortunately, the CVS locations in Manhattan do not offer the PCR / NAAT test.

But a friend pointed me to this company and service which seems to work: https://labq.com/covid-mobile-testing/

Will try it out and report back.
