Many overseas airports, especially at major international hubs, have higher proportion of gates with jet bridges designed to accommodate this (likely due to higher proportion of widebody aircraft used).

Most in the US are only designed for single door entry/exit, although there are several exceptions (e.g. international terminals at SFO, LAX, and others).
