I read an article several months ago about how they had hired an outside firm (american or british I think) to help them reinvent themselves as a world-class airline. Everything from the logo and uniform to catering, interiors, and staff training were being completely rebooted.
I have no idea where in the process they are or if any of this will mean a change for the better.
