I paid for my sister in laws flight YYC-YYZ rtn and selected preferred seats for her.
She decided to stay longer in YYZ so I went in & changed her return flight. I had to pay
for a new preferred seat on the changed flight. Nothing showing for the credit for the exit row seat
on the original flight. when I rebooked. Can I expect a credit email to come in the near future?
or is that too much to ask of AC IT? Will I have to apply either online for the refund or by calling in?
Anyone had this happen?
