Pre-covid, I always found Shangri-la had excellent value with their large suites, generous upgrades and fun lobby.... not sure what is going on these days. I know the Ritz Carlton has fresh rooms and yes Park Hyatt is finishing up a delayed re-build. In Yorkville you are still best at Four Seasons unless the rate is excellent at Hazelton. If the Film Festive is dropped for September 2021 it should bring rates down a lot in the Toronto market.
