When I made a reservation with the code, it actually looked like it it included roadside assistance, because that option was crossed out and it said "included with awd code". The other insurance options were still available for purchase, so I assumed those weren't included.
A former co-worker of mine from Deloitte told me that we were allowed to use that code and that he's used it many times, but I'm not so sure it's true.
