I’m sure there’s a reason though, it’s incredibly asymmetrical as you suggest.
My only guess was it might have been parked facing east through summer of last year, or something like that, which gave more sun exposure on one side. Not sure where and for how long it was stored, though, nor if even 12 months of sun could do that to paint.
Hope they get it into the shop soon!
