I really wanted this partnership to work and expand Hyatt's footprint. Alas, I have now tried 2 times to use SLH and no success.

1) Tried to book my honeymoon in Puerto Vallarta, booked a SLH resort using Hyatt points... then they left the Hyatt partnership but no one ever told me until I tried to book a room there and it wasn't showing up. My concierge didnt even know they left. Glad I checked...

2) Tried to rebook my honeymoon in Bequia, but even though the standard room was showing bookable, points never were available. Checked almost daily.
