I am contemplating a Tuscany trip this summer, and the top properties I've come up with are Borgo Santo Pietro, Borgo Pignano, Castello Di Casole, Castello Di Vicarello, Il Reschio, and Castel Monastero.

I am attracted by the views and sunsets, and can't figure out how long is ideal to stay in order to soak it in. I won't run from winery to winery, one or two are sufficient. I am afraid of repeating the mistake I made in Provence of cramming in sights and not falling into the local pace.
