I visited Mykonos as a child in 1967.....there were only a few hotels in town ( none anywhere else on the island) and Petros the pelican was the original one. We stayed at the fanciest hotel owed by a elderly Greek woman named Sophia on the left side of the harbor.. ( That is all I remember) .
