Good point - although if I try the RTW booking tool if I add say a LAX-SJU flight it won't allow me to add an SJU-LAX flight as you are only allowed one transcontinental. So I guess it is at least still there just not on the rule sheet.
I couldn't find any direct LAX-SJU flight. Does it even exist? If it doesn't exist, that would be the reason why PR is not included.
