If I am reading it correctly, article 1(k) is an exemption (to the entry ban) for people with a certificate of vaccination approved by the Health Ministry.
Effective June 7th at 00.00
The only thing missing is whether there is a need to Test prior to entry. The IATA link I posted above seems to indicate that testing is not necessary if vaccinated. I am hoping there will be clarity in the next 48 hours as I begin my travels on Tuesday and would need testing on Monday morning...
